The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 12, line 3, after the words “Teachers’ Retirement Board,” by inserting the word “and”;

And

On page 4, section 12, line 4, after the word “Education”, by striking out the words “and the board of regents of West Virginia”;

And

On page 4, section 12, line 16, after the words “Teachers’ Retirement Board,” by inserting the word “and”;

And

On page 4-5, section 12, lines 16-17, after the words “Board of Education”, by striking out the words “and the board of regents of West Virginia”.
